This is a under construction retail shell building with 5 units and a total of 6403 Sq ft rentable area. All units can be retail, office or medical spaces. Unit A 1692 Sq ft and units E 1770 can be restaurant spaces as well. Unit B 992 Sq ft, unit C 1009 Sq ft and unit D 940 Sq ft. Building plans are pending final review by the City of Hesperia. Target completion will be July-Aug 2025.
