An amazing new project located off Highway 101 in the heart of SLO. SLO Ranch Farm and Marketplace will have five main buildings surrounded by a large working farm. The Farm and Marketplace will preserve and emphasize the community’s roots in farming, as well as the historical significance of the site. SLO Ranch Farm and Market has the following spaces available: Agricultural Processing: 1,988 square feet designed for a winery or distillery. The center will also feature an event stage, bar, animal pens, cultural heritage center, interactive seasonal crops, community garden plots, and a working farm.
