Enjoy a second outdoor table for four, lounge chairs, fire pit, and an outdoor TV adding to the entertainment options. From the backyard, a staircase leads to the rooftop deck where you’ll find cushioned lounge seating and panoramic ocean views of La Jolla Shores. Inside, the home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, private TV, and a spa-like bathroom. Two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a stylish full bathroom, and there’s an additional half bath for convenience. Parking includes a garage space for two vehicles and driveway access. This home features central air conditioning, in-unit laundry, no pets allowed.
