Very private and secluded recreational tract in the Mendocino National Forest. Logging roads and trails are all over it for ATV or 4×4 use. Borders government land on 2 sides. Water tanks and developed spring on site. There are several building sites with spectacular views. Like most National Forest properties with flat ground and lots of water there is past cannabis activity, but access to the sites is very good and cleanup should be an easy task. Less than 30 minutes to Hwy 20. With a little bit of work this can be a very nice playground.
