Custom built 3 story home designed just for us. Located on a private island along with 11 other homes. Designed for easy living. It is not a fancy showy cold/modern designed home. It is warm and comfortable to live in even being a large as it is.

We love the location. Located on a private island entered by driving down a private, gated 1/4 mile long tree lined curvy causeway to our home. We feel so isolated here from all the hustle and bustle and yet we are only 3 miles from down town Inverness. My wife loves the large kitchen and laundry room. We both love the view from our large windows. The house is built angled on the lot so the back faces almost due North eliminating most of the West Sun in the evening. Our neighbors are all great and we have neighborhood get togethers quite often.
