There must be a qualifying person of 55 years or older to live in this community per the HOA rules. You will love living here with all the amenities Four Seasons has to offer. Several gyms, indoor pool, outdoor pool, theater, restaurant and an amphitheater for those awesome summer concerts. This home is a condo with a beautiful patio that faces east for the morning sun and is in the shade in the afternoons. Great for BBQs. We have 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, dining and family room with a perfect sized kitchen and it comes with a fridge.
