State of the art Deep Water Culture Hydroponic (DWC) green house facility with approximately 134,000 square feet of growing area, plus 35,000 square feet of indoor processing , work & storage area. In the heart of the AG district in N. San Diego County & convenient access to state route 78 & interstate 5 & 15. Thirty minutes to Carlsbad Airport & about twelve miles to Oceanside, Carlsbad & the ocean. The facility has five (5) separate computer controlled growing zones which allows the grower the flexibility most varieties of plants & vegetables. This greenhouse comes with 21,000 gallon Reverse Osmoses (RO) water storage , back up generator capable of powering the entire greenhouse, new pumps, insulated growing pools, shade cloth, newer roof, fully automated growing & controls system, security system, fork lift, etc… The newly designed office space consists of a waiting area, 12 cubicles, two conference rooms, a fully equipped lunch room and bathrooms.
