Preparing your home for sale
We recently had a home that was dated, needed cosmetics, repairs and landscaping in Torrance. The seller decided to not prep the home for sale but just to sell it “as is”. We offered it off market to investors and some families willing to fix it up. The seller could not get the price they wanted in the “as is” condition.
