I recently closed escrow on a home in Torrance. I told the seller Randy it seems like I have sold this home before. However we talked and it was not when he bought it in the early 2000’s. When looking at the permits I saw where the previous seller signed off on smoke detectors and recognized the name. It was my client. Yes, I sold the home back in 1991. It felt special and rewarding that I had been chosen twice by different sellers to represent them on the same home
decades apart. We always appreciate the business!
